ToME: the Tales of Maj'Eyal

Could you make a target key that will keep and updating tooltip display locked (summarized character sheet)? I like to see what is happening to a creature when applying debuffs or he is buffing himself. When I just leave my mouse over the creature, a lot of times when a new debuff is applied the tooltip display disappears, then I have to move my mouse again to bring it back up. It can get annoying on long battles when I'm trying to combo some abilities and debuffs or watching for some buffs. If there is a way to already do this that I've missed let me know!
