[Improvement Suggention]: Eye of the Dreaming One

Eye of the Dreaming One artifact description says:
"Lucid Dreamer: this item allows the wearer to act while asleep."
And yet the Lucid Dreamer effect/buff isn't displayed anywhere, not on the active buff tab, not in the character sheet, not even under "Passive Talents"
This is a relevant buff/trait and should be displayed.
