Buffing Lackluster Inscriptions with Passives

Currently there are some infusions and runes which are outright always ignored in comparison to others. There are various schools of thoughts about non-optimal options vs 'if everyone must use something it is either overpowered or belongs a standard feature'. But perhaps they could be made more balanced via inclusion of passive

They could start to be worthy of consideration if they started having a passive always on bonus associated. Say sun inscriptions provide a sizable light radius and perhaps bonus light damage percentage. Or maybe a list of other ones to choose from strategically. It could also lead to some neat break from the norm of nearly every living non-steam class going with wild, healing/regeneration, heroism, and movement for their four inscription slots midgame.

I believe there is a full rewrite coming in 1.6.

Huge insc rework in 1.6 including : no more sun inf, heal inf nerfed in power and cd, wild nerfed in duration but dual cleanse two types, heroism stops giving stats, movement stop preventing stun after you stop moving
PD rune removed, CPD removed, invisibility removed. A new rune that is a short range CPD with some OoP buff but less than current PD. A new rune that gives all res, invis and MS. A new rune that cleanse one of each type of debuff and shields depending on number of effects cleansed. A new rune that blocks all damage above a treshold.

Current taint is removed and new taint cure a phys debuff each turn, duration increase everytime it cleanse a debuff.
New art rune : remove all mag buff/sustain on an enemy or all mah debuff on yourself.
New art rune : create 2 mirror image of yourself


I hadn't planned on writing everything, oh well. I advise testing the 1.6 beta to give feedback !
