Please let Writhing Ones learn Scourge Drake

I posted this in another thread, realized I strongly agreed with it, and want to repost it here.

Lore: Wyrmics are so into dragons they can even learn dragon powers from wormy dragons, seems plausible that Writhing Ones are so into worms they could learn worm powers even from dragony worms.
Mechanics: WO's don't really seem to have a must-have unlock besides Friend of the Worm right now.
Politeness: Please?

It's a 'fun' tree to add spicy about various dragon in eyal, and it do can add some alternative toys to wyrmic, like the undead drake tree in EoR

(Slightly off topic) This thread made me realize I really want more demented dragons in TE4. A corrupted Wyrmic class has alot of potential. Half dragon, half wyrm, half crazy cultist delving into forbidden dragon secrets. Seems fun.

Scourge Drake is honestly awesome on Wyrmic as it is, and I have no qualms whatsoever about it being Wyrmic only. It is much better for the class than Undead, though Augment Despair could actually make the diseases from that tree a little more worth it (along with maybe even Fire Breath's Flameshock, haven't tried yet). Either way, Tentacled Wings is worth it alone.

Also, Writhing One already has a corrupted Swallow in the entire Slow Death tree.

This was an idea I had floated around before, it wasn't even a skeleton of an idea so it wasn't really worth looking at. But, it basically made use of Undead Drake a bit more along with using Vim as a sort of anti-Wyrmic (to the point of even having Vile Life as a locked tree). That said, a Vim and Insanity class would be pretty awesome to behold.

Yeah, I'm just not sold on Disfigured Face, much less Slow Death, which seems to be a textbook example of win-more (whole tree = 1 attack on a 15 turn cooldown, 3 things that modify that).

I like Writhing One as a set of new tools to build Adventurers with, but I don't think I'd ever play default Writhing One in its current state (while I would with Scourge Drake to look to).

Theres definitely a solid class idea in here somewhere. It would be cool to have a multi-resource class in base TE4. Currently we have Mana+Stamina, and Mana+Negative Celestial energy (Liche) classes. This new class already has Vim and Insanity and strong thematic potential for Equilibrium, Paradox, Mana and Negative Celestial energy to be considered.

Edit: It also makes sense for there to be a Cultist class with the potential to have multiple energy types from studying multiple forbidden schools of magic. Some could even be behind locked trees. It just really fits the theme of studying that which is typically forbidden.

I mean, I like that, but it really just makes you a walking time bomb for the first guy that can ding you with Mana Clash.

Manaclash remove from all resource pools at once but only damage for the highest amount, not all combined

We have other multi resource class than those named already : EQ + stam, stam + pos energy, steam+psi, stam + vim, i might be forgetting even others.

Even then, it won't be worse than Liche Necromancer (Always Max positive, Mana + some Negative).

Just put the magic sources behind locked trees if its a problem so that you can limit how many magic resources you have.

I find Wyrmic to not use much Stamina unless you focus on it, and its already a class point hog. And do Doombringers actually have to worry about Stamina costs? Its in 3-5 talents + Rush tree. Sun Paladin is a valid point and often have to juggle 2 resources, I tend to forget positive energy is a resource. Psi-Shot is another valid point. Still, none but Necromancer have 2 different magic themed resource systems (and its an optional quest even) and I would love for a base class to have 3+ resource types. Maybe give them half resource cap or half their resource regeneration to compensate for them splitting into so many schools of magic. 'Jack of all Magic, Master of None' type class.

I also forgot to mention Psi and Hate in previous post. Not sure if Cursed/ Psionic trees would fit thematically, but they should still be considered.
And can someone verify if Insanity is magic for the point of Mana Clash? I know Paradox isn't drained and it works fairly similar to Insanity.
