Give Drem a Stone Fortress bonus.

A cool fact is that Drem can become Stone Wardens, just like Dwarves! A sad side effect of this is that it renders Stone Fortress absolutely useless, because it's calling for a racial ability that doesn't exist. Yet you need this bump in the road to get to the other talents in the tree.
I wouldn't say Frenzy necessarily needs an additional buff from this, but I can't help but think that Drem need to get something out of this talent too since they're the only other race that can be one.
