Increase Demon Seed proc chance for normal enemies

Because the chance to land the Demon Seed status on normal mobs is only 5%, and you need to get some basic seeds filled out during the early game as a Demonologist, you have to spend a lot of time repeatedly kiting around easy enemies and using Demon Seed on them until it sticks. Even when it sticks, there's a good chance it won't give you the seed you actually want, so you have to repeat this process many times during the first ~10 character levels.
It would reduce the tedium considerably if the proc chance was increased to 10-15% for normal mobs. The chance on elite mobs could probably be increased to 25% as well.
While we're on the topic, it would be nice if, when you kill an enemy that has the Demon Seed status, if it rolls to give a demon seed that would fail because you already have a higher level one of the same type, it would roll a second time to possibly give a different seed. This would help considerably to fill out the different types of seeds at your disposal.
One final quality of life suggestion: Only show the yellow "splash" visual effect when activating the Demon Seed talent if the Demon Seed status effect was actually applied. This would help to avoid having to mouse over the mob each time to check if the effect was applied.
