After Death Revive Restores Half Cooldowning Abilities

So, half (rounded up if an odd number) of your talents currently on cooldown will have their cooldown completely removed after you've used Blood of Life, Ring of the Dead, Skeleton Reassemble Level 5 etc., WITHOUT enemies resetting themselves to full health etc. (so this part of After Death Revives stay the same). Also consider the idea that half of your positive sustains (rounded up if an odd number) and maybe all of the ones that can't normally be turned off apart from manually will remain on (but all of your negative effects will be removed except zone auras) after you come back from the dead (although the resetting the cooldown on half the talents is the more important ability, just not as useful for those characters that rely on sustains).
After all, After Death Revives are very limited in number.
So this will be halfway between an Eidolon Revive:
resets everything not dead on the level including enemy health to 100% and all abilities and effects of both you and your enemies, except for certain skills that always start on on NPCs like Parry
and the current After Death Revive:
which doesn't help much if you have been stretched to your limits and all your skills are on cooldown and all your sustains have been switched off.
