Tone down paradox anomaly summon effects

Fighting with 50 summoned enemies is laggy as hell, + out of memory error pops out.

I think the problem is the length of the summoning trap (don't remember its name). In some situations it lasts 100+ turns, summons several enemies per turn and cant be disarmed.
Extremely boring in terms of gameplay and from time to times generates lags or worse...
Its duration should be capped to something sane, say 20 turns.
