At the moment, amulets of mastery are any of the hundred+ talents, which is pretty useless.

Can they be selected from activated talents?

would be nice. i certainly approve of that change if it happens, and doubt that there would really be any problem with that.
its basically adding a single argument to already complete function. i think.
