To make Elemental Splits a little better, I'd suggest to give them at least your levels in Combat Accuracy so that the stone half can do more than just tank damage.

It's pretty odd that they always miss but it's such a strong talent as it is I don't know if it should be buffed. Maybe put that on one of the less used talents on the tree so it would require more investment.

They always miss because they only inherit your base accuracy, which is extremely low as you don't max Dex usually.
