Revamp of the psionic/augmented striking category

I think that mindslayers in their current state are not designed well in comparison to other classes
I think that they could another revamp, but at least I can suggest a revamp for psionic/augmented striking
Talent #1
Use Mode: activated
Cost: ??? psi
Range: 2/3/4/6/7
Cooldown: 0
Use Speed: Mind
Description: Strike an opponent within line of sight up to 5/6/8/9/10 tiles away with your psionically-wielded weapon, dealing 100% weapon damage. If a gem or mindstar is used, it will instead deal x/x/x/x/x damage as the gem or mindstar's damage type in a radius of 1 at the target location, and will not hurt you. Damage dealt by a gem or mindstar with this talent increases with your mindpower.

Use Speed: Mind
Description: Throw your psionically-wielded weapon in a straight line out to a location in line of sight in a range of 10; you may then target a second location that is within line of sight and both a radius of 10 of you and a radius of 10 of that location, and throw it in another straight line to that location. The weapon then comes back to you. Each time the weapon comes into contact an enemy while being thrown, it deals 91/110.5/130/149.5/169% weapon damage and knocked down for one turn. If a gem or mindstar is used, then it will instead fire a beam dealing x/x/x/x/x damage as its damage type to enemies that it hits. Damage dealt by a gem or mindstar with this talent increases with your mindpower.

Description: Throw your psionically-wielded weapon in a straight line to a location within line of sight within a radius of 10, dealing 70% weapon damage and knocking them down for one turn; you then spin the psionically-wielded weapon in that spot, dealing 180% weapon damage in a radius of 1, and will not hurt you; the weapon then flies back to you in a straight line, dealing 70% weapon damage and knocking down whatever opponents it hits on the way back for 1 turn. If a gem or mindstar is used, you will instead fire a psionic beam that explodes in a radius of 3 at the target area, and will not hurt you; enemies caught in the beam take x/x/x/x/x damage of the gem or mindstar's damage type, and enemies caught in the explosion take x/x/x/x/x damage of the gem or mindstar's damage type. Damage dealt by a gem or mindstar with this talent increases with your mindpower.
the last talent can still be psi tap
On another note, I suggest that psionically wielding a mindstar should increase your psi regeneration by 1.00 per tier of the mindstar and fire a weak beam of its damage type at a random opponent in line of sight within a radius of 5+mindstar tier every turn, which costs .5 psi per mindstar tier. The beam's damage would scale with your mindpower. Also, Frenzied Focus would make the mindstar fire a beam 2/3/3/4/4 times per turn and deal 13/26/39/52/65% extra damage.
