Give Sun Infusion few turns of +%light dam and +%fire dam

What it says in the name. We have several inscription that give passive defensive effects but we have none that give passive offensive effects
It will make sun infusion little more interesting for some classes and will not make Sun Infusion NPCs using NPCes much more deadly because those usually lack fire\light attacks
edit: resist penetration can be a part of the effect, too
