Please differentiate between player and reactive damage

In my combat log, if I attack a target it will say @player hits x. But all the damage that comes from my various "when hit" abilities also say @player hits x, so it's not readily apparent how the damage is being parcelled out.
I'd really like it if every source of damage were clearly labelled. "119 total damage from shield slam", "23 total damage from being hit", "100 damage reflected by Rune of Reflection".
Something like that, so I knew what's contributing what and when.
