Remove "DLC Spotlight" for DLC owners

Before Ashes of Uhr'Rok released, I would get to see 2 recommended add-ons every time I played. Now Ashes permanently occupies 1 slot, so I only get half the recommendations. I understand that of course the paid DLC needs to be advertised, but since I've already bought it, it would be nice to get more add-on spotlights again.

Hum strange, it should already do that; you are logged in when the game starts ?

@DarkGod,
No, I'm launching the app through Steam but my Tome profile is usually logged out. That's probably the problem. If I can replicate the behavior while logged in, I'll let you know. Otherwise I think we're all good.
