Special bonuses for reaching some stat number

How about introducing special(same for all classes and races) bonuses for reaching some milestone number that is active as long as character meets attribute requirement?

I mean something like this

If characters has 50+ constitution (with items) he gets +5 regeneration
If character has 100+ constitution he gets +10% to heal mod
if characters has 150+ constitution he gets additional +10% to heal mod

And so on.

It doesn't have to be a passive thing. It can be an active ability. But it is usable only if current stat number is high enough.

Don't know how much that would sway the game balance, but in theory that is an interesting incentive for players to stack and keep stacked certain stats instead of just occasionally buffing them with items to reach prodigy/talent requirements.

while not erase completely, it could at least lower the gear juggling.

but how about a twist.
let's make it give bonuses, that are the best for classes who use the base stat the least :twisted:
