Some option to autocast/etc on sighting a unique/boss.

Similar to the option to autocast/etc on sighting an enemy or being adjacent to an enemy.

Usually it is important to know if a unique/boss is sighted even if it is off screen.

Like you said somewhere else, I'd rather have a ding or maybe have your screen flash red? A video and/or auditory cue would be handy.
