I know "more clicks" isn't really a goal, but even if we could toggle an extra confirmation for escort rewards in the menu it'd be lovely; it's entirely too easy to misclick that one in my experience, and I've ended up not getting what I wanted out of the escort many times.

Agreed. Maybe a toggagable option in the game options menu? And while we're at it, maybe a few touches to the AI or the abilities the escorts have themselves to prolong their lifespan.

I'd prefer a customizable "Dialogs don't receive clicks for X ms after they come up" option.
That way you wouldn't have an annoying confirmation, but it would still make misclicks harder.
