Rework Adventurers starting equipment

Right now it's incredibly annoying to play them as sword and board builds in the ID because you have to wait to find a shield, and can't use shield-related talents in the beginning, which leads to dozens of stupid deaths by cats. Please add a shield to their starting equipment.
I also don't know why they start with 2 longswords when 2-handed builds could also use a two-hander. At least they have the staff to start with something.
Something like a 5-turn invulnerability buff when starting the ID as an adventurer could also be appreciated, so as not to die naked to a gang of cats and snakes when you're trying to equip items to defend yourself :/
