"Psionic" torque mod too expensive

I didn't want to post this in Bugs because it's not a clear-cut issue, but I think it should be changed.
Most basic charms seem to cost about 3-4 gold. Most of the basic egos like "hateful" or "overpowered" increase the price to ~11-14 gold. For some reason, the "psionic" prefix increases the price to 35+ gold, and I think I've seen it as high as ~50 gold. For this added cost you get...an extra +0.17 psi per turn. The cost is totally out of proportion to the benefit, even if your class uses psi. Most classes don't, though, and all this does is inflate the cost of random torques outside of the player's starting budget, which leads to more start scumming.
I would recommend changing this ego to be a similar to price as "hateful" and similar things. Start scumming for things like a mindblast torque is annoying enough without having them inexplicably tripled in price and unaffordable.
