Disallow Life Leech stacking

(Both chance% and amount%)
A minor thing, somewhat because dual Bloodcallers is a bit silly right now, but mostly to futureproof.
It occured to me when thinking back to how good of an idea disallowing projectile deflection to stack was.

I'm not fond of the change to completely disallow projectile deflection stacking, and not sure it's warranted here either. I will agree the straight chance stacking is bad, but it should be either multiplicatively stacking (i.e 40% evasion + 40% evasion = 64% evasion) or the items be given independent chances to proc. Same thing most of the time.
Projectile deflection distance and life leech amount stacking should definitely be disabled though. No reason for that to stack.

I'd be happy with multiplicative stacking or a diminishing returns formula.
No stacking makes small values on things worthless.

I'd prefer to see separate calculations. For % chances that means the same effect as multiplicative chances with less work, while for things like deflection radius or % life leach, it allows you to have different values for different chances, so you could have a 30% chance to leach 5% of the damage you do as well as a 10% chance to leach 15% of the damage you do.
Trying to do that kind of detail with anything that fuses them into one calculation would be a mess. Even more so for projectile deflection.

Keeping track of each separate instance of life leech is perfectly doable with the new 1.2 ego framework.
