Halve mail Fatigue values/remove light armor Fatigue

An interesting idea I've discussed in #tome chat; This would up the resource advantage on Mails, making it more worth considering on some specific builds over massive armor.
Similarly, Light vs Robes right now is largely a question of the relevant egos, and the Fatigue is not really a necessary downside.
It might take a bit to code(Not hard, just a lot of numbers moved), but I'm wondering what people think of the idea.
