Extra Inventory Slot

This is a relatively minor quip, but I have found myself in a couple of situations where I have found an item that I would like to hold onto for future use(belt of unlife for water breathing, a blight resistance-granting amulet for dungeons like the dark crypt, etc.) only to accidentally sell it while I attempt to dump my inventory into a shop, which the tagging feature does very little to remedy. Although any instance of this is my fault and perfectly avoidable through careful attention, I still think that this is an annoying quirk of micromanagement that could stand to be corrected, and to do so, I would suggest the addition of an extra inventory slot that does not display any items contained within it in the general inventory. This way, one would be able to place any items that he intends to keep in reserve as utility in a specific location that would both lessen the chances of the items being accidentally sold and would make the items easier to locate in the event of a full inventory.

Well, off-set equipment slots already exist...

Only one piece of each, though.

That's certainly an option, but it doesn't really help if I'm hoarding multiple amulets or belts to to get their resistances or if I'm holding onto a piece of equipment i can't wield yet.

The transmog chest should solve this issue.
Have you got it yet?

Honestly, it sounds like what you really want is to be able to tag an item as
"locked", so that you can't sell it without unlocking the item first.

If a locked tag is implemented it should also block transmogrification. I worried about accidentally destroying an important gem every time I cleared my junk on a character that had the stone alchemy tree unlocked. And about accidentally trashing something I wanted to keep when I pulled gem extraction fodder out of my chest because I realized I'd forgotten to extract all the gems possible from its contents before leaving a level.

None of these actually happened, but it would have been more relaxing if they couldn't.
