New Staff Combat Abilities

Override: Active/passive, instant, 3 cooldown. Activate to select an element. That element is added onto each staff you wield that doesn't already have it. At level 5, all damage you do is converted to the selected element(but only while wielding a staff). Additionally, the critical chance of channel staff is increased by X%. Replaces defensive posture.

Power Surge: Passive. Whenever channel staff attains critical power, your spellpower is increased by X for 4 turns, stacking up to 4 times. Additionally, the critical damage of channel staff is increased by X%. Replaces blunt thrust.
