FR: Allow search by username in the Character Vault

The title says it all, I believe.
The reasoning behind this FR is that I may want to link my character from the vault, but even filling in all the available parameters (difficulty, race, class etc.) would return a truckload of hits, and listing among then is quite time-consuming. The other option would be to know the name of the character, but I use random names and simply can't remember them without launching ToME and look into the highscores list. Searching by username would help a great lot with this problem.
