Give Skirmishers the Sling tree

And replace sling supremacy with some other talent. There's really not a lot of talent overlap here otherwise.
I would like to move Sling Mastery into Combat Training as a "hidden" talent that only Skirmishers see, then move Swift Shot to tier 1, then Hurricane tier 2, then something new in tier 3.
As far as stealing Archer Slings, I guess it could open up more build options and that is always good. I'd probably mess with them though.
Did you ever ask DarkGod about limiting slings to range 8?
