new Race: Elf halfblood

Born from the union of a Higher and a Shalore, the halfblood mix the strength of the humans and the arcane attuning of the elves.
Stats:
+3 STR
+3 MAG
+1 CON
-2 DEX
life per level: 10
20% exp penalty
racial skill tree:
- Energy Channel:
By focusing his raw magical energy, the player can strike for extra arcane damage based on a percentage of your weapon damage for the next few turns. Starting from level 3, it gains a burst radius of (talent level-2)
the damage scales with spell power and talent level.
- Iron body:
your mixed body traits make you very resistant to external influence, granting you resistance against detrimental effects.
Every time a negative effect is applied on you, there's a chance to reduce it's duration based on talent rank.
- Spontaneous block:
your latent magic power combined with your physical skills allow you to instinctively try everything you can to avoid a fatal blow.
When you are hit for more than a set percentage of your hp, you first create a damage shield using all of your stamina and magic resource (with the due adjustments).
Cannot occur more than once every 20-ish turns.
- Finishing blow:
Put all of your body and soul into your strongest hit.
Hit an enemy once. All of your talents go on cooldown, and for every one of them you gain bonus damage based on rank and tier of the talent.
The attack cannot miss.
Basically i wanted a race for hybrid classes like paladin and reaver, what are your opinions?
