The proc effects, spell crit and on use ability combined with the spell power makes it a no brainer for spellcasting offhand, and no brainers are bad.

My suggestion is to reduce the spellpower from 25 to 10, which is what the Lunar Shield gives.

If we're talking about overpowered artifacts, I think the Untouchable ranks number one. It outclasses any other light armor or robe in the game. (Never mind if you have aegis.)

I think this is a good idea.

Agreed with Life Drinker.

Untouchable would be fine if it generated a shield equal to damage taken instead of 2x the damage, as well.
