Give archers conditioning tree

They are warriors. Their defenses are far lower than most other classes. They have no means of clearing statuses at all. All warriors do. So come on, what the name suggests!

Give them 1.0 Conditioning, it fits a less melee oriented class better than a higher ranking would.
But yeah, it'd be fine I feel.

They've also desperately needed another generic point sink since forever, and Conditioning is a great sink.

I think this would be okay if it was 1.0 like SageAcrin suggested.
