ToME: the Tales of Maj'Eyal

Sense I have started playing this game about one year ago the graphics and animations have greatly increased "and it looks very nice" I have been wondering if there would be basic movement animations in the future? An example of this would be if you hit the up arrow or click up you would see the backside of the character or hit down you would see the current version of the character facing you or side to side to start and eventually evolve into steps.

As DarkGod in his infinite wisdom said to me not so long ago "The path of gfx improvement is like joining the Dark side - there is no turning back and you can only sink deeper and deeper into it". So, who knows what mad new things will emerge in the future on the visual front...
