I think, to ease reading tooltips somewhat, it would be not at all a bad idea if item tooltips responded to bonuses to talent category masteries and talent cooldown reductions by color coding them in the following ways, as appropriate:

- If you have the category unlocked, color it green.
- If you have the category, but it's locked, color it yellow.
- If you don't have it at all, color it red.
