This dungeon is hideous in a bad way.
So I suggest adding an extra floor, so you have three floors you can clear before facing the bone giant, which should get you to level 3.
Increasing the minimum spawn levels of Skeleton Warrior, Skeleton Mage and Skeleton Archer, as these can be nasty for other lowbies too. Their minimum levels are currently 3, 4 and 5. 4, 8, 6 would be gentler.
Since there aren't any other start level undead, let's add a few more, such as:
Flying Skull. Basically a degenerate skeleton warrior, but with higher movement speed and no greatsword.
Fleshy Failed Necromancy Experiment: Basically a level 1 necrotic mass with a slow crawl speed.
Bloody Failed Necromancy Experiment: Basically a jelly that can cast a weak Bloodgrasp.
