New Class Idea: Shattered

This name didn't bring up anything relevant in ideas forum, so I guess I'm free.
Foreword: Unless my two or three other addon concepts bear fruit, I probably won't develop this in a physical way. Which is a shame, I guess.
Sales Pitch
You all are no doubt aware of a Solipsist, they think their mind is the center of reality, and the far-gone ones seem to think reality IS their mind. They're looney, basically. But I don't care about that right now. What I care about is what happens if that perception... breaks.
General
The Shattered is an Afflicted Solipsist, utilizing their mind to destroy the current reality and replace it with the one in their head, the sick, twisted place it is. They use a combination of Psi and Hate. Or perhaps just hate...
Core Talents Those talents that "define" a class, basically. Like a Bulwark's shield wall, or a Necromancers Lichform.
Shattered
This tree will be unlocked at start, and unavoidable. The drawback is that everything goes down when at low Hate, except the Life to Hate conversion.
Walking Nightmare
A tree that won't be unlike a hybrid of Dreamforge Hammer and Gestures. Just warning you.
Feedback, anyone?

Shattered
- You have discovered that Your mind is not the center of reality. You are naught but a piece of it. But you will become the center...
Grants a reduced Solipsism talent. (Perhaps two-thirds of a talent in Solipsism for every talent in Shattered?)
You use your Hatred to fuel your life force, let it empower you. A percent of damage to your health will now recharge hate instead. (Not all that much life kept, but the Hate gain is the important part.)
This tree will be unlocked at start, and unavoidable. The drawback is that everything goes down when at low Hate, except the Life to Hate conversion.
Walking Nightmare
- Those in Your way will learn to fear you. You will make them fear you...
Talent one: A sustain that inflicts constant mind damage in a small radius around you, based on Hate level. Higher hate = higher damage. Range increases with talent level.
Talent two: Gives a chance to sleep enemies who enter your aura, as a passive, and grants an ability to deal massive damage to a sleeping enemy, with high range and damage, but low cost and cooldown.
Talent three: A sustain that temporarily amplifies your aura, increasing the damage (that doesn't interfere with sleep), increasing the range, and trying to put every enemy that falls into range to sleep. Drains Hate and Psi rapidly.
Talent four: Force sleeping enemies into your mind, where they are subject to your will. There will be a big explanation on this talent soon. Just bear with me.
A tree that won't be unlike a hybrid of Dreamforge Hammer and Gestures. Just warning you.
- Talent one: Create a Weapon of pure Hatred, to strike your foes with. Sustained.
Talent two: Sustain, cannot be active with Talent one. Shape your hate, and launch it at your foes from afar.
Talent three: Sustain, cannot be active with Talent one or two. Your hatred forms a tangible barrier, breaking enemy line of sight, and blocking damage while active.
Talent four: Activated, disables Dread Forge talents. All enemies in your line of sight suffer massive damage, and killed enemies are resurrected as Hate Manifestations, explained elsewhere. I know I'm terrible.
