It has been noted that your thought-forms are not undead even if you are (and so, for example, ghoul thought-forms die to retch). THis seems a sadness to me, and something that ought to be fixed. For that matter, it might be cool to have a way of giving your thought-forms access to some of your racial powers (though that could be a bit too much).

Maybe in your ghoul's mind he still remember his mortal form?

Nevermind. Undead thought forms would be way cooler!

If I recall, thought-forms can't suffocate. So why would your Ghoulish retch, that, for all you (and your ghoul-brain) know is Good, harm a figment of your imagination?
