Better Auto-Use functionality

I suggest an improvement to the way Auto-Use works. I wanted to suggest several more options, but that would make the option list very large. So instead, why not give player a choice of several conditions?
I suggest to change Auto-Use from the way it works now (Several preset options) to the following: you have several conditions, each of which can be ignored or set to one of the allowed options. For example, it could look like this:
[Auto-Use when:]
Enemies In Sight [Doesn't Matter] [Yes] [No]
Enemies Adjacent [Doesn't Matter] [Yes] [No]
Player's Health [Doesn't Matter] [Full] [Not Full] [Empty]
Player's Resource #1 etc. (same options)
Player is Resting [Doesn't Matter] [Yes] [No]
...
Basically, give the player much more options - for example, auto use healing infusions or mana runes when resting and relevant resource is not full - without overly extending the menu with different options.
