ToME: the Tales of Maj'Eyal

So I was surprised to discover that there is no way outside of being a Temporal Warden or a Paradox Mage to acquire Spacetime Tuning. This sucks for Adventurers and for anyone picking up the Chronomancy tree from an escort. Searching the forums, I discovered that people have been complaining about this for over a year. Oh great and powerful darkgod, is there an intentional reason it's never been made possible to acquire Spacetime Tuning? I think we really want it.
