notes on sheet for unique events

somewhere in the character sheet should be a place ( or a couple) that notes unique events, so you can see if you've done things like quaffed the blood of life, or gotten blessings like bearscape from Darkgod... blood of life is the big one, I can never remember by the mid game if I've seen it
