Weapon-specific sustains and weapon swap

Currently, weapon-specific sustains deactivate if you swap to a different kind of weapon. This is particularly annoying to Temporal Wardens, who are designed to swap between bow and dual-wielding, but who lose the ability to use their dual-weapon sustains (which are a major investment, being in a locked tree) if they want to keep a bow or staff in their off-hand.

Instead of deactivating, inappropriate weapon sustains should simply fail to function if the player switches to a different weapon type. For example, if a TW switches from dual-wielding to a bow, her Momentum should not go on cooldown, but should cease to drain stamina or accelerate attack speed.

I support this. I don't play any classes that would benefit from this change, and I still support it.

I like this idea.

There would have to be some kind of visual representation for the "sustained but invalid" state.

Dunno if players should be able to activate invalid sustains, or not.

Greyscaled icons seem appropriate for a representation.

And as long as it's clear that it's not giving it's effects, no reason not to sustain them, but I won't complain if I have to prep sustains in advance beforehand.

I like the idea, but I should at least point out that if this stops the stamina drain from momentum then it makes it optimal for any class with momentum to run one of those quick swap ego bows/slings because it would be faster to swap weapons than to activate momentum.
