[1.0.4] Should poisons have a DISABLE tactical ai setting?

It would seem to make sense if they did.
Currently, all poisons are treated equally by the ai, but I think Crippling and Insidious should be ranked higher and given the DISABLE flag as well.
On the other hand, perhaps rogues have random poisons makes the game more unpredictable.
