Escorts: Make alchemists train mindstar at talent level 1.00

Before mindstar training was available at Zigur, finding an alchemist on a mindslayer or perhaps Wyrmic was extremely exciting. Now, not so much. The problem is, if you find the alchemist before you've unlocked the tree at Zigur, you'll get it for .8 instead of 1.00. If you don't unlock the tree but just purchase a skill off of it like psiblades, when you unlock the tree at Zigur the mastery level is unfortunately .80.
The solution should either be for the alchemists to offer it 1.00, OR if you get a single skill from the escort, when you later unlock the tree at Zigur it should still be 1.0 (I prefer the former solution, since the latter would punish unspoiled newbies who get the tree from the escort without realizing they've handicapped themselves).
