Prodigy for non-dagger dual wielding

Wielding a pair of swords, axes, or maces is a cool image for a lot of players. It makes reavers stand out, but I don't see the case for it being strictly exclusive to them. It'd be fun to get to play a dwarf cursed with a pair of maces or a thalore berserker with twin axes.

I think it'd be balanced as a prodigy, especially a Dex prodigy. I expect that building it into Windblade would be easy to implement. If it made Windblade too good (though I'd be skeptical of this), maybe it'd be possible to build in a kind of either-or effect. The active ability might do less damage with non-daggers, or not include a disarm effect, or even not be usable at all, etc.

Viable/appealing?

Shot down already, actually.

DarkGod likes that being a unique advantage.
