Minor prodigy interface improvements

1. If you select a prodigy by mistake, then you have to leave the prodigy screen THEN the talent screen and choose 'no changes'to fix that. Instead you should be simply able to say, right click to remove the prodigy like you can with regular talents.
2. Do not display 'Talent category known' for prodigies. ALL prodigy categories are always known so there's no point and it's just an extra line.
3. Not so minor perhaps: for prodigies with requirements like damage taken, suffered, dealt...being able to see progress towards that requirement directly would be nice. In some cases you can go and check your achievements but that is not always possible and it adds an extra step.
