Lower Phantasmal Shield damage; Give Lite Radius

Phantasmal Shield has gamebest damage for an on-hit barrier by a lot, and produces a strange situation where certain physical builds can explode violently on attacking an enemy(900+ damage just from hitting them, from dualwield Flurry, more for dualwield Dissolve/Frenzy).

However, enemies rarely have skills like that(that is, dualwield+multihit), making it still not that impressive for the player. Additionally, players with the skill tend to relatively be squishier than enemies with the skill(which include high end vampires).

Cutting it down to, say, (15, 70) and giving it a (1+TL/2) added lite impact makes it a great low invest single point skill with value for anyone that isn't using Invisibility, adds some point to leveling it(with Eldritch Pearl, this can end out a 10 Lite radius, not a bad trick), and can't be said to be overpowered, because it's in the same tree as Illuminate(which brightens 10+ areas at full level, among things), which you have to learn first.

Also, it means enemies with the skill-which will still hurt dualwielders a lot-will show up with a lite radius, making them even more obvious. That doesn't hurt either.

The only downside is that it's less useful for those with Invisibility.

(It would take a bit more effort, but given that it's a shield of phantasms, a neat idea would be to have it grant a *negative* light *penalty* if you have Invisibility on, and deal Darkness damage then. Then it has an obvious use for Invis heavy builds, too.)

Making it antisynergise with Invisibility is bad.

So definately making it flip to negative lite radius and darkness damage when invis.
