Drop Guardian of the Wood Blightres to 2% per level.

See topic. It ends them out about the same spot they were at for Blight resistance before the allres addition(albiet a bit lower).
Seems like one skill granting 30%~ resistance to a good element is out of place, more than anything. And Thalore getting a small nerf wouldn't hurt 'em.
