ToME: the Tales of Maj'Eyal

Who exactly is this weapon for? It gives a spellpower bonus and yet it's 2 handed; so it won't work for sun paladins, reavers or 95% of arcane blades. I can see putting it on a golem, but...what else?

If it's to see serious use, it should be 1 handed.

Maybe Darkgod has plans for a spellpower using class that likes big weapons...
