Fungal Blood is one of the most uncompetitive prodigies, and need some love. Fungal
ideas:
1. Make Fungal Growth instant cast. This will make it more usable when you really need it. (or make it triggers Fungal Growth, which makes it a anti-magic orientated prodigy)
2. Increase the number of fungal power to some thing like 2.5*con instead 1.5*con.

Remove the decaying potency over time thing.

making the spell instant cast would make it a decent defensive prodigy, no need to remove the decay
