"natural" wards

Many torques & totems carry wards. Despite being powered by nature/psionics the ward granted is a spell & currently unavailable to anti-magic characters.
Can we split ward in 3?
wands/staff - is spell
totems - is nature power
torque - is mind power

Maybe just remove the isSpell flag.

Yeah, currently there's no reason to care if it's nature or psionic as long as it's not a spell, right?

Though I suppose specifying it might be useful if stuff that cares about the distinction is added later.
