Had a thought. Perhaps cold harmony could give a temporary icy skin effect (ice retaliation + armor) instead of just armor. As it is, it's almost certainly the least useful of the harmony effects, so... why not give it a little nudge?

Alternately, let it increase armor hardiness as well armor.

Alternatively, have a small % of armor reduce other damage types.
