I noticed that Silence can silence the Warcries, which is totally reasonable.
And I have some advice to make this better:
1. Silence shouldn't affect Second Wind, which based on the describtion is just a deep breath
2. Warshout (Two-Handed Weapons) and Battle Call (Superiority) should affected by Slience instead of Disarm

A good solution to solve the above problems and all other similar problems is improve the talent category system (eg: is a spell, is a mind power)
add 'is a sound' for all those will be affected by Slience
add 'is a movement' for all those will be affected by Pin
add 'is a teleportation' for all those will be affected by the vault
add 'is a weapon technique' for all those will be affected by Disarm
--this category can also use the sub-category instead:'is a dual wield technique','is a two handed technique'...

Not being able to use Warshout when not wielding a twohanded weapon is wierd.

I think it makes more sense for Warshout to be under warcries instead of Two-Handed Maiming.

Lets not bring "sense" into game mechanics discussion.

Warshout works fine to balance the tree vs. the shield offense. Leave it alone.

push

also some Prodigies have the similar issue.
such as Windblade does not require dual wield to use
