ToME: the Tales of Maj'Eyal

Change the resulting item to work a bit more like Spellblaze Remnants, as having a tier 1 drop that everyone carries until they get a tier 5 white is a bit silly.
The resulting crystaline item would be able to be tier upgraded by feeding it a gem of higher tier. (or maybe an artifact mindstar)

Also, please make all the custom activations on these item have explicit descriptions of what they do.
