link Blighted Summoning talents level to summon's level instead of a fixed level 3, which is usually to weak, especially to those Boss summoners
This feature (among many others) is included in my Infinite500 addon, though it doesn't really kick in until character levels above 50.
However, given that it affects almost every summon you do, Blighted Summoning is pretty good as is.
